According to your registration, we save your name as well as your e-mail address. To use the service, Scedule needs access to the contact and calendar data on your smartphone.
From your contacts we only read their e-mail addresses. However, these are converted into an anonymized hash value in the app, which is transferred to the server and cannot be converted back into an e-mail address there either. We only need this hash value to identify mutual contacts.
From the calendar dates only the start and end time, as well as the location of your appointments of the next 180 days, are being transferred to our servers. With each synchronization, data from the past is also deleted. From these, we determine the free times in between and your probable place of residence. This anonymized data is required to determine suitable date proposals for you and your business partners.
In the context of a Smart Invitation, the e-mail addresses and subject as well as its location information, are only stored for the duration of the poll and are then being deleted.
