Scedule takes personal preferences and conditions into account to find the perfect date for you. Just like your personal assistant.
First, the free times from the released calendars of all participants are compared with each other. Here Scedule already considers business and private appointments, as all calendars that are synchronized with the smartphone or your MS Outlook can be considered. Furthermore, personal preferences from the user’s settings are reflected (e.g. daily working hours, desired workload) as well as the time-zone of every participant. For a 1:1 meeting Scedule only matches the availability if organizer and participant are known to each other. More details remain our secret, because the algorithm is ultimately the heart of Scedule.
All in all, the same calendar system does not have to be used, and the participants do not have to work for the same company. This makes Scedule much more than just an alternative to calendar sharing in Outlook.
