What does the invitation look like for my participants?

For the Smart Invitation Scedule users will receive a push notification and can view the invitation in the form in which you see it in the app. Participants who do not use Scedule will receive an e-mail invitation with a link that leads directly to the interactive survey (see below).  

All in all, Scedule is not a calendar app and does not claim to replace it. With your digital calendars (Office 365, Apple iCloud, Google Calendar, Outlook.com,…) you will still manage your appointments. Scedule complements these in their functionality by the essential possibility of arranging and organising appointments. Thus, Scedule works seamlessly with any digital calendar.
